EVEN SUMMER RAIN COULDN’T SPOIL PARTYGOERS NIGHT

Even the rain didn’t keep the good people of Pietermaritzburg from flocking into the The Basement Club for a night filled with good music and dance.
The host of this wonderful evening was the up and coming Pietermaritzburg based brand Born Crazy Concepts.
“We saw a need to welcome the season with a brand new feel and vibe,” said Sakhile Gina, one of the organisers.
The night consisted of great music with an impressive lineup of local DJs.
“It looked bleak at first as it was raining outside, but after some time people came in their numbers and the place was filled,” organizer Sakhile Gina added.
Local DJs like Sdakhx and other supporting acts, had the crowd on their feet the whole night.
“I love parties and events like these- they bring a lot of people together in the name of fun,” said Ayanda Mabaso, a local resident.
Even though the weather wasn’t too pleasant outside, people came dressed to impress.
“The vibe here is always warming, familiar faces everywhere we have actually become a family and we are growing as a whole, as the Born crazy Concept brand we intend to expand and have more gigs and have people love the gigs we throw and buy our merchandise” Sakhile Gina.
“The night wasn’t about partying alone but a chance to introduce the hosts label brand with a promotion of the host’s merchandise which were also at the venue, bucket hats and T-shirts were up for sale.”
“Selling local merchandises was more than good for the clubs business and ours” Gina added.
The VIP guest of the night, Johannesburg’s Deep Eminent, took to the decks and played nothing but hits that had the crowd in the palm of his hand until the late hours of the night.
