Small businesses in opening job opportunities

Small businesses are currently one of the sectors on the market that are creating employment.
According to Steven Davis of National Bureau of Economic Research claims the gross job creation is 12.2 percent in average and contributes a largely amount of employment creations.
Davis added by saying, “most of these businesses are registered with SARS hence the advantage is they contributes as tax payers. However, some of these businesses are not registered because of the state they built upon for example street vendor businesses”.
Following one of the small business, possessing expertise in fashion, Kadoski local brand label. They have added in small businesses that are creating employment, especially for the youth.
Kadoski clothing is a registered business and was established back in 2018 founded by Raymond ‘Kadoski’ Mkhwanazi, a 23 year old young man, persuading Taxation studies at Durban University of Technology.
He said, “Creating employment and becoming an entrepreneur has always been my vision to fulfil, while having skills of leadership. I also treat my employees with respect and integrity”.
He added by saying, he used to have only one employee but now his business has growing number of more employees along the years.
