POSITIVE START TO THE 2015 DIGITAL ARTS FESTIVAL

The annually held festival has started with a positive opening ceremony.
The Faculty of Arts and Design’s VIP ceremony of the Digital Arts Festival saw attendees from various caliber including Vice Chancellor & Principal Prof Ahmed Bawa, Naddrama Pillay, director: Assagay & Javelin Advertising, Joe Thloeloe, Pres Ombudsman, to name but a few.
Part of the things that were touched upon in the ceremony was the improvement from 2014’s and this year’s festival.
“This year’s festival has really improved as compared to the previous one,” said Dr R. L. Makhubu, HOD for the Media, Language and Communication Department.
The festival runs for the next two days displaying exhibitions and entertainment by various departments within the faculty.
