PAVILION MALL LAUNCHES MAGIC OF FASHION

Glitz and glamour was only language at the launch of the Instameet of Magic of Fashion at the Pavilion Mall Friday.
Bloggers, radio personalities and other influential people were amongst the guest that attended the event, which was by invitation only. Guests were suited up and others wore fabulously gorgeous gowns.
“It is the first time we’ve ever done this and I hope you all tweet and make the Pav trend,” said Julie-Anne Zuma, Pavilion Mall Marketing Manager. “So basically I am here to inform you about the campaign that is in line with the Vodacom Durban July and I also think we are the fashion institute.”
“I was invited to create some awareness regarding the Pavilion and being the destination to shop for the Vodacom Durban July,” said Prince, Famous blogger and fashion designer.
“This event was more about instameet fashion, where fashion bloggers get to come and do like a meet and greet. It was to create the hype and the customer anticipation as we counting down to the Durban July,” said Phindile Makhaphela, digital marketing strategist.
Gorgeous models and fashion designers showed up and showed off. The newly Capetonian Kristina was a must to interview.
“I am loving this event, I love coming to Durban and seeing all the new faces coming up. You will be seeing me modelling at the Vodacom Durban July and I am modelling for Zarth and couple other upcoming designers,” said Kristina Andreas Antoinette Louw, who is a model.
Fashion designer Denalle, said that after the end of her first year she won the designer of the year. She knew thereafter that this was the career she was supposed to be in. “My brand is centered around young women who want to spend money on fashion but also in an affordable way,” she explained.
Guests indulged in a buffet, open bar and lots of goodie bags and price giveaways.
