2019/20 Premier Soccer League Season Transfers

While the pandemic is depriving the whole of South African football, fans have expectations when the league returns.
They have anticipations towards latest added talents in squads. We look at which PSL clubs made best transfers at the start of the season.
Fortune Makaringe – 26 years old (Maritzburg United to Orlando Pirates)
The former Maritzburg United midfielder has been consistent on the past two years. He even earned himself a Bafana Bafana call-up last year. He has been known as the attacking midfielder hence his talent have also been effective on the wings of the field.
Gabadihno Mhango – 26 years old (Bidvest Wits to Orlando Pirates)
The Malawian striker has dominated through his superb form at Orlando Pirates. The man known to pop up with a cracker or two, his goal scoring record is on par in the league having bagged 15 goals.
Mauricio Affonso – 26 years old (Alianza Lima [Peru] to Mamelodi Sundowns)
Pitso pulled in another South American player to his impressive squad. The Uruguayan, Affonso plays upfront and was involved in almost every goal scored by his Peruvian club.
Samir Nurkovic – 28 years old (KFC Komarno to Kaizer Chiefs)
The Serbian striker has been banging goals for Kaizer Chiefs. Nurkovic have scored 11 goals in 19 appearances. He has been the threat to defenders and got himself a nickname “my friend” from the SuperSport Tv channel commentator Reggie Ndlovu.
