Dylan Kerr has been announced as the head coach of Black Leopards following his sacking from Baroka FC last month.
Leopards parted ways with their coach Patrick Aussems following a meeting with the club Monday night. The Belgian was sacked after three matches in charge without a win since joining last month.
According to Kickoff, a reliable source from Leopards believes that Kerr will be assisted by Morgan Shivambu and Mongezi Bobe.
“Dylan Kerr is the new coach at Black Leopards,” he replaces Patrick Aussems, who parted ways with the club last month,” Kickoff reported.
Kerr recently parted ways with Baroka after being found guilty of bringing the club into disrepute.
The Lidoda Duvha fans expressed their views on the appointment of the coach.
Lihle Mabaso who is big Leopards fan said he was delighted that the club has reacted quickly enough.
“The decision to hire Kerr is good because I believe Aussems was not good enough for the club, and I am delighted that they appointed Kerr because we know how good he is,” said Mabaso.
Kerr has managed Leopards before and will look to continue where he left off.
Asanda Ndlovu a DUT student and a Leopards fan, said she is excited to see Kerr back to the club and cannot wait to see how things go.
The club currently sits bottom of the PSL table after three straight defeats and will face the struggling Maritzburg United this upcoming weekend.
