CHIEFS, BUCS TO REVIVE REVELRY

Log-leaders Kaizer Chiefs will be locking horns against their archrivals Orlando Pirates in a Soweto derby clash at FNB Stadium on Saturday.
This is the most highly anticipated encounter, as Glamour Boys want to stretch their lead at the summit, while the Bucs want to secure their place in the top three.
Chiefs will go to this crucial game knowing whatever the outcome; they will still be at the top, as they sitting on the comfortable 43 points with a difference of 6 points from the second-placed Mamelodi Sundowns.
However, the Buccaneers are on the 4th position with 33 points making it 10 points clear from Chiefs, but they are keen to keep the pressure bearing in mind they have games in hand.
Injuries from Chiefs players like Barnard Parker have been reported stable and he will player on Saturdayday.
The goal stopper, Itumeleng Khune,will be replaced by either Reyaad Pieterse or Brilliant Khuzwayo. This is due to the injury he got on his ankle during the warm up when they were up against Liga Muculmana in their CAF league match.
Decision of the goal stopper of the day has not yet been confirmed.
Bucs under the new head coach, Vladimir Virmezovic, are facing rough time, as they have to make few changes on their left back to replace, Rooi Mahamusta, after he was in the accident last week still recovering from slight injuries.

VV got off to a good start as Buccaneers defeated Moroka Swallows on Wednesday. Lehlohonolo Majoro is expected to play using him as an advantage, knowing he will be determined to prove a point to Chiefs that he’s a terrific player after his controversial transfer.
Chiefs have done well in their last five games including CAF, so going to this derby their confidence is on the top notch. Amakhosi will be looking to bounce back from the 2-0 defeat they suffered from Platinum Stars yesterday.
