By: Ndumiso Nxumalo
Dynamites Football Club collected all three points when they bit Boys2men United at Howard College Sports Ground on Sunday afternoon.
Dynamites showed hunger in the beginning of the game as they attacked in all flanks on the pitch.
Dynamites winger Mthokozisi Zwane nearly gave the home team a lead in the 26th minutes with a great shot from range but keeper tap it over the cross bar.
Three minutes after, Sanele Ngubane opened the score sheet and gave the home team an early lead with a blaster outside the box.
It seems like conceding a goal was a wakeup call for United as they started to launch more attack and combining well going forward.
Too much pressure from the away team saw Dynamites conceding a penalty when Sizwe Masuku foul Mzikayise Shaye in the box, but keeper cane out tops and save the penalty.
Dynamites striker Senzo Ngcobo got a clear chance just before half time to increase the lead but failed to find the back of the net.
In the second half, the home team seemed so tight and strong going forward which saw Boy2men committing lots of errors in the back.
Ngubane grabbed his brace and gave Dynamites a 2-0 lead when he converted a cross ball from Andile Nxele.
Ngcobo and Boys2men defender Smiso Qwabe were both sent to take an early shower after receiving a red card for wrestling each other.
Zwane’s goal in the 65th minute was disallowed by the officials saying that the ball went over the cross bar.
The win now put Dynamites in six points in just two matches and they are now sitting in first position on the SAB Durban Central League.
Dynamites next task is up against Golden Arrows who played a goalless draw against Sobantu FC, at Lamontville Stadium on Sunday 13 September 2015.
