Manyisa and Malongoane sign with TTM
Oupa ‘Ace’ Manyisa and Joseph ‘Tight’ Malongoane were officially unveiled by Limpopo based side Tshakhuma Tsha Madzivhandila last night.
Former Orlando Pirates captain and ex- Kaizer Chiefs winger joined the side on free transfers.
The two men who both suffered horrific injuries at their former clubs were announced, although the length of their contracts were withheld.
Manyisa, who failed to hold down a starting birth at Mamelodi Sundowns was lauded by his former boss Pitso Mosimane.
“It’s a pity that he didn’t play much this year and his Achilles only healed just a month before the lockdown break and he had played in a few friendlies. He is an exceptional player that can play in any position and will be an asset to any team,” the former Bafana coach said while speaking to Soccer Laduma.
TTM, who recently acquired the status of Bidvest Wits, look to have their sights set on assembling a competitive squad.
The duo are former Teammates at Orlando Pirates and will look to bolster the club with experienced options having plied their trade for clubs like Chippa United, Amazulu, Platinum Stars and Mamelodi Sundowns and have a combined history of more than 20 years in the Premier Soccer League.
