SUNFOIL DOLPHINS EARMARKS FIELDING AS KEY AHEAD OF VKB KNIGHTS CLASH

Sunfoil Dolphins Coach, Lance Klusener, is adamant Ryan Moron’s fielding skills will come in handy ahead of their Momentum One Day Cup on Sunday.
Klusener revealed this at the press conference ahead of their first game of the season against VKB Knights at Pietermaritzburg Oval. Klusener heaped praised at the former Afghanistan fielding consultant as he feels fielding will be crucial in their game.
“Ryan [Moron] has been good, he did a fantastic job with Afghanistan in the recent world cup and just spent a week with us so we looking to top up as we go. We just
feel that fielding is a very important aspect of the modern game.
We want to set up our stalls early to be the best fielding hub in the competition,” said Klusener.
Klusener revealed that it important to combine experience with young blood as it helps the culture of the franchise to go on and win the cups.
He said, “Ideally we would like to win all competitions, that is where we are as a squad and certainly that is what the management is expecting from us. It’s a tough
ask but I don’t think its something we cannot achieve.”
