KSV ROESELAR confirms the signing of Anele Ngcongca
The former Mamelodi Sundowns defender, Anele Ngcongca has signed a two year deal with Belgain club KSV Roeselar FC. The club announced the signing of Ngcongca on their Instagram account as they posted him and welcomed him into the club.
The KSV Roeselar issued a statement on their website that read, “Today Calvin Anele Ngcongca signed a season contract plus an additional campaign at Schiervelde.”
The defender, who can handle several positions came from Mamelodi Sundowns FC where he was active last season. Among his victories the quarterfinals of the CAF Champion’s League was mentioned. The KSV Roeselar also said that they are hoping that Ngcongca will use his experience towards contribution to the club and they wish him all the best.
It is not his first time playing in Belgain Football, he once played at Racing Genk FC (Limburgers) between 2007 and 2015. During his time with the Limburgers, they became champions once and twice won the Belgain Cup.
Ngcongca chased his football career at Limburgers and played approximately 279 games. His career at Limburgers included a number of games he played against KSV Roeselare. When he played in Europe for seven years with Limburgers that is where he lifted Belgain Pro League Cup and the domestic cup.
Earlier July, Ngcongca announced his one year deal with the Brazilains for next season. Surprisingly Roselaer announced Ngcongca as their new player.
